Hi Anthony, • Make sure that you have selected the correct input on your TV. • Make sure that all your connections are correct and secure. • Move your antenna, then rescan for available channels on your TV or set-top box. • Make sure that you are connected to a TV or set-top box with an ATSC tuner. If you do not have either of those, you will need to purchase a digital converter box. If the troubleshooting steps above won't work, please feel free to contact us via email or phone. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Look on the box if the antenna is UHF compatible. Is the the television a tube or flatscreen LED / newer? Televisions after 2009 will have digital converter. When you use the TVs auto channel scan it should say digital and analog. If it’s a tube TV you’ll need a Digital TV convertor box and a UHF compatible antenna.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your TV setup should give you a chance to 'SCAN' for channels. Once you have the TV do this, it should find the 'Signals' with no problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think for your particular case you need an insignia- Amplified Ultra-Thin Indoor HDTV Antenna, and I would suggest that you purchase a booster that attaches to the antenna cable which strengthens the reception capability. Also, you might try moving your antenna to a different area as long as the antenna has enough cable to move around. Find antenna on your tv and then run a channel check.
