• I think what it means is that the device you are using it with can be Bluetoothed. Like me, I used it on my PC, my PC settings had the functions for Bluetooth (find device) but really can't be connected to anything. Now with Device I've connected to everything I've tried to, No Tv on that list though. phone (Android), speakers, and tablet yes.
