“When you undock your Switch if you smell near the USB c port(on either the switch and the dock), do you get a slight electrical smell? My 2 OEM docks don't have this issue and I just want to know be if I have a faulty unit and should exchange it?”

• Sounds like a faulty unit. Replace immediately before you do damage to your switch.

• I have been getting this smell as well - I'd like to know the same. The fan seems to be the main source of it, but I haven't smelled the port itself yet...

• My Switch seems to get hotter using this dock and after an hour or two, the video will start to have breaks in it.
