The Zenpad has a weaker GPU and CPU(Intel Atom) the Rockchip 3288 outpowers it in most applications. All the other specs are the same, except for the storage which is bigger on the Zenpad(32GB vs 16GB)

Please try again later.I had the Zenpad it was nice but the screen has grain to it and the brightness keeps getting brighter and dimmer when it gets warm so you can't control the brightness it goes dim and 5 seconds later it will get bright again very annoying. This is a better tablet for the money.

I own both the Flex elite and Zenpad 850CA and like BOTH very much. Trouble with screen brightness is a matter of changing some settings. There is NO graininess to the screen! Do not know who would say that. return your Asus for exchange if true. I originally bought the Zeno[ad 850C, which has 32 GB storage, 2GB memory but returned it and bought the Zenpad 850CA which has 4GB memory and 64GB storage for...$269 ($300 after taxes, recycle "fee"). It also has active stylus pen support! WHAAT! And it is LIGHT! Zenpads smoke 90% of the tablets out there (in price and size range, beating out most costing up to $400). The Zenpad is fast, pretty and also comes with a type C USB connector! Forget iPads or Galaxys, get the Zenpad, but also buy the Flex with 2048 x 1536 resolution. On sale for $99.
