“I have the HDMI to RCA hooked up to my cable company streaming box and it shows it in 4:3 not 16:9. It’s a 16:9 screen so I have black box on left and right of picture. Checked settings on TV with no luck. Any help. Thanks”

If the “Fit To Screen” doesn’t work ( may read as stretch to fit) you may be facing a limitation within the converter itself. This converter allows me to change the picture size on a 15-year-old Vizio.
