• A:Answer If your TV does not have RCA inputs on the back or sides then this will work to connect your 64 to the TV. I use it with a Wii even through I do have the inputs. It will be useful for when I upgrade TV's. Will it display in 4K I don't think so but it should make the image better than direct RCA to TV.

Q: QuestionI have an old VCR/DVD player. We have a ton of old movies we want to watch. We do not have an incoming cable, because we stream TV. Will this make our VCR/DVD work? We were told that the vcr requires an incoming cable from a cable company or satilite.

This device is for audio/video transfer from a legacy device to an HDMI device. If you want your HDMI TV to have your stereo as a sound output, you will need a device that transfers as an HDMI (ARC) signal to a converter, and the converter to your sound system. You also need to make sure your TV has an HDMI (ARC) output.
