- Answer Pretty sure the SAMSUNG QN90B has a digital optical audio output. If it does, an optical audio to RCA converter will be your best option.

QuestionI have the HDMI to RCA hooked up to my cable company streaming box and it shows it in 4:3 not 16:9. It’s a 16:9 screen so I have black box on left and right of picture. Checked settings on TV with no luck. Any help. Thanks

- Answer If the “Fit To Screen” doesn’t work ( may read as stretch to fit) you may be facing a limitation within the converter itself. This converter allows me to change the picture size on a 15-year-old Vizio.

- Answer Make sure it is an RCA --> HDMI converter, and not an HDMI --> RCA converter. I made this mistake once, I bought the wrong one. These are one-way devices.

- Answer You might have to use all three rca wires for it to work red/white/yellow. If possible use the tv optical output to the soundbar.

QuestionMy camcorder only has yellow (video) and white (audio) RCA jacks, no red. Will this work?

- Answer Yes. Some audio has two channels (red and white) for stereo output (left and right speakers). Apparently yours is a "mono" (single channel) output. It should work fine.

- Answer I would say yes. The red/white audio inputs are for stereo so just plug your audio output(from your VCR) into either, or get a "Y" adapter to convert the single audio into two audio channels. However it won'y be true stereo but it won't matter because your recording isn't stereo either.

- Answer I would say yes, but a typical VCR is only 480 or 720p resolution (not high quality). Not sure if recording on to a DVD recorder will work.
