• Thank you for your inquiry! The Insignia™ RCA to HDMI Converter does not have an option to adjust the aspect ratio. This means it will likely stretch the 16:9 image to fit the 4:3 screen, rather than shrinking it or cutting off the edges. Keith | Insignia Support
