“I plug the converter into the wall and the green light will not stay on. I've tried everything but no matter what i do the light will always shut off. How do i fix this?”

I have mine plugged into a power strip and haven't had any problems. Have you tried another socket just to make sure it's not an issue with that? Also ensure the power cable is securely plugged into the device. If neither of those helps, I think it's defective.
