Will this extender work if I point my remote at it through Low-e windows that have some tint, or will that block the infrared signal? My NS-STR514 receiver is inside a room next to a pool. Wondering if I can control my receiver from poolside. Thanks. null

The Remote control receiver (IR) shouldn't be blocked.

We have our cable box, DVD player and other items that are connected to this product in a closet and they work amazing.
