“Im having trouble transferring videos from my M50 to my PC, everytime I load the video it'll say 0 bytes So will this product help with that problem?”

If the card in the M50 is compatible with the cards this reader can accept, it should read the card, unless the card is corrupted somehow.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sometimes the way we format has a lot to do on wiping and restructuring the memory clean so the Camera sees it as it was intended to... DO NOT USE THE EXPLORER for this... And yes using a high end card reader does a fantastic job at this.... This Insignia is not high end and I have had some quality issues, but for the money it is a very good one.... I normally always use a card reader instead of direct connection for this...
