“Does anyone know if this will work with a Nintendo Switch?”

• I'm unsure if this will work with the Nintendo Switch. Previously, I used the original USB and later upgraded to the USB 2.0 version of the Insignia adapter with my Wii. Best guess, yes it should work if the Nintendo Switch has a standard USB 3.0 USB port. There are no unique drivers associated with this adapter.
