Read on box that it contained a dvd/cd to install drivers -- I assumed it would be available for download on their site (I recently purchased a usb to serial from them and it was very easy on-line install) -- I assumed wrong!”

• I would think that if your in need of a network adapter like this one, you might not be able to even get online, hence the reason for buying it. If it didn't come with a cd, it would cause too many problems. Although if you google it, you can often find compatible drivers online. Would probably be a realtek chipset
