“My plug had been working fine for months. My phone updated to IOS 11 and now the plug does not work. I have deleted the app and reinstalled, reset the plug over 20 times and still can not get it to add back to the app. Can someone please help me?”

it's the APP, not the phone. I did not update my phone and I still cannot get thru the loading screen. Going to return my plug

Please try again later.Got mine to work just type this without the quotes "http://captive.apple.com/hotspot-detect.html" while connected to your Insignia Smart Plug using Chrome and then it will ask you to open the Insignia app... confirm and then proceed with setup. Was driving me crazy until I figured it out, it seems Safari has issues while trying to set it up.
