Had same problem. If you are using an Android device, it is due to Insignia not providing support for later versions of the OS. Was told by Insignia Customer Services that they are working on it, but no timeline as to when/if it will be resolved. I tried setting up schedules using two different Android devices, one running 8.0.0 and the other 7.0. In both cases, set schedules would not execute.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you want the schedule select to work the device has to be selected to on. You can test this by making a new schedule with current time for on and add 2 minutes for off. Make sure the device is selected on and wait for the light to go out in two minutes.
