“I bought three smart plugs and one of them will not show up as a WiFi network in setup. Instead, it shows up as a device in my iPhone settings. The other two set up fine and I've tried factory reset and it just isn't working. Did I get a dud?”

• I don't think so. All four of mine stopped communicating with the app. Tech Support told me it's a known issue
