• look for code on switch itself. should be like "123-45-678" with a icon that looks like a house with a target on it. Looks like photo.

• You need the free Insignia Go app and the passwords for your network. Push the power/green light button on the device until it starts to blink, then follow the directions in the app.

• Hold the blinking green light for 15 seconds to reset then open the Insignia app and follow the instructions. It may not work, but keep trying until you lose your patience. YOu may have to be sure you follow instructions for your device. IOs devices are different.
