• You can use a sim card if you buy the 3G/4G version, not the standard wifi version.

• No, this tablet, the SMP-900, is wifi only. There are other variants that work with Verizon and AT&T available.

• Not unless you buy the one that is like $800. I found this out the hard way because the guy at Verizon said I could. He was wrong and now I am stuck paying for a Sim card I can't use!
