- Answer The S pen is the only difference! Best buy was trying to say it had different processors but they do not. S Pen is it...have them bring BOTH boxes out for you and compare side to side with specs and you will be able to see.

Questioncan you draw on the screen? Thanks!I'm looking to replace my outdated Fujitsu t5010 tablet pc, would this be a good one to get? Is there something better other then a cintiq, which I just can't afford right now unfortunately. I love to draw and want to draw right on the screen, I also need a good computer for shopping online, browsing, gaming, etc. Would this be what I need? Is there anything with a bigger screen that is good for this but about the same price or less? I don't really understand much computer lingo, so it gets confusing. I loved my tablet pc but they seem to be a thing of the past :( thanks so much for the help!!

- Answer Absolutely, And it many different ways through various apps. You can do so in photo editor, in S Note, in Adobe reader on any documents. The stylus is simple, multifunctional, and easy to use.

- Answer Your charger port is both usb and charger. It automatically adjust to usb configuration that you plug into. Backwards compatible.

QuestionPrice Issues when shipping to the StoreSo I bought the Galaxy Note Pro a few days ago. They didn't actually have any in the store, so I had to order one to be shipped to the store near me - it won't be hear for at least two more days. Two days after I paid for my Note Pro [but don't actually have it in my hands yet], Best Buy put the Galaxy Note Pro on Sale for $50 off the original price. Now this means that when I go to pick up the Note Pro that I ordered, it will be costing me $50 more than the other Note Pro's being sold in the Store!! So if I ask them to, will Customer Service take off/refund me that $50 or do I have to return the one I am picking up and then buy another Note Pro in order to get that $50 off?!

- Answer They usually will take the difference off, They are great to price match other stores as well as Amazon, the reason We buy everything at Best Buy!!

- Answer Viewing the product on Samsung's website you should see a link for the manual on the left size. It is in PDF format so you will need a PDF viewer. I'd provide a link but the guidelines say to avoid it.
