Difficult to tell, the distance is well within specs , the type of wall and the pipes running through it will impact performance. If you get decent WiFi signal through both walls , you have a good chance to get it to work. but no guarantees you will have to try it and find out

Please try again later.I have a couple walls between my transmitter and receiver and while it isn't as great a distance as yours I haven't had any issues, I even have a thing layer of concreat in one wall. That being said it does depend on the walls build the thicker the material of your wall the more issues you might have. I would say your good to go though.
