• The Samsung Galaxy S9 must support Samsung DeX that allows a desktop-like experience when connected to an external display, such as a monitor or TV. If the TV or monitor do not support HDCP(High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection), the Samsung DeX mode screen may not be displayed. By default, Samsung Dex will automatically activate after you have connected an external display, via USB-C, to the Samsung Galaxy device. Thank you.
