Yes, you can have sound coming from a computer or to a TV when using the USB-C to 4K HDMI Adapter. Go to "Sound Setting" and select "Choose where to play sound". Please make sure that your computer has an available USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode for video out. Thank you.
