A:AnswerIf you don't know the RF rating or the EMF of your physical manufactured devices then that means it's harmful to the human body. Just because one of your quality Engineers told the marketing department to put down that it meets standards does not mean that it meets standards. That is because you don't even know what the rating is. RF an EMF is extremely harmful to the body I need to know for medical reasons. The millennial a.d post meeniam generation has no idea how damaging RF and EMF is. This proves that you all are too lazy to find out. The EMF rating is too high that is why you do not post it. Against FCC regulations to not post RF and EMF in your specs.

A:AnswerAs long as you have a Bluetooth built in your PC, you should be fine. Just go to Bluetooth settings and add a device. You might not be able to use the hearthrough feature like on the app.
A:AnswerNo. The feature “to not pause audio” when one earbud is pulled out, only allows you to continue playing in the one earbud. If these earbuds are more than 8 inches apart, you will not be able to share them with your partner. Apple AirPods does allow you to share. I have a pair of each.
A:AnswerI have the same problem. I have been reading up, something I should have done a little more before buying, and this seems to be a common problem. These earbuds are good for virtually everything else but making a call. I've only had them one day and every time I make a call the person on the other end either complains about the background noise or about white noise when it is quiet. I was unaware because on my end the audio sounds clear. However, if I cannot make calls then I will be returning them. From what I have read many people have this problem to the point that they do not even use them to make phone calls. Apparently, the mic is not noise cancelling and the only response I get from customer support is to turn them off, and then back on and re-pair with my device. Surprise! that does nothing.
