I don’t recall for sure, but believe it was a 60 day return directly to Jabra. They were able to resolve the problems I encountered satisfactorily through Zoom appointments and I’m very happy with these hearing aids. Only problem is almost every time there are iPhone updates, it takes a few days to iron out the glitches iOS causes with the app, but the aids still work - you just can’t control which settings until the app gets updated too.
