A:AnswerThis is an issue with the Samsung QLED television 'Sound' settings...not the soundbar. I had the same problem with our Samsung 2020 QLED until I changed 'Sound' settings (I don't recall which setting right now), Its something to do with the auto-surround "extra noise" in the room environment that the TV tries to compensate for. We had this happen even without a soundbar attached. BTW, we had a Samsung Q60T Soundbar that was no good....replaced it with a JBL 5.1 via HDMI and it is awesome.

-Turn on your JBL BAR 5.1 Surround
-Press and hold POWER and SOURCE button for 3 seconds.
-Your device is now reset.
You can now start allover with installing your BAR 5.1 Surround.
