• Yes. Depending on speakers for front but JBL GX1200 amp and box with wires shouldn’t t be more than a few hundred.

• Yes, $700 can provide you with an amplifier that can power larger and better door speakers. Or you can replace your door speakers and buy one of those hide a way subwoofers. $700 is a lot and you can do a lot with it. Just depends on the entire setup you want.
