• Absolutely not i have a kenwood 1000watt amp with two of these and its insane in the back of my civic. I have a ported box as well and no problems I love em.

• It shouldn't be a problem, just don't max out the amp. Keep it at a decent level to get a clear punch

• Yes this amp definitely will it has 500 watts RMS. And efficient the amp shouldn't even get warm.
