“Do I need to buy anything like a installation mount or kit to put the radio in to put into my truck? it says this fits my vehicle, I need to know if everything is ready out the box to go and install in the truck?”

Items in the box: Headunit Headunit harness Speaker wires Mic Mount screws I have a 2006 G35, but my vehicle stereo mount was sufficient. I just had to drill new holes to match the headunit's. Unless you also have something similar, you more than likely would need a mount.
