“The specs state that this unit has GPS/Navigation but very little is mentioned about this feature. One review even said this unit didn't have navigation. Can someone tell me if this unit actually has navigation or not and how well it works?”

It does have navigation. Once u plug your phone into the radio your apps and your Google maps show up.
