The JVC KW‑Z900W does not include built-in map navigation software with its own stored maps (like the standalone GPS navigation systems you’d find in some older DVD units). Instead, navigation is handled by your phone through Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, which can display maps and provide turn-by-turn directions on the receiver’s screen when your phone is connected.
