“LCD screen here just by picture examples seems hard to read by design; is that so (or is it adjustable (and if so how much?))? Are there better views available or not (can you share pictures?)? Thanks”

yes, the screen is annoying and difficult to read at night, but it is impossible to read int the daytime. The glare in sunlight, or even the subdued light of a cloudy day easily over-power the display at the brightest setting. Do the setup at night, and just use your best guess as to what it's doing if you try to use it during the day.
