With the right interface everything hooked up nicely in my Silverado. I’m really happy with the JVC and would buy it again if I had choice. Bluetooth works flawlessly and the Easy EQ gets it dialed in and sounding fantastic. I’m running 4 - Sound Ordinance 6.75” speakers with a couple of tweeters and a powered 12” sub under the back seat and it really doesn’t even need an amp. I really wasn’t sure about it when I bought it but no regrets whatsoever.

Very nice equipment. I had an old truck and, I wanted a good music player with Bluetooth connectivity for my cellphones. Sound is very good and phone calls loud and clear.

Nice unit with intuitive controls. For my 22 year old Ford truck it fit with some dremel work. Sounds great and I can play my CDs and have hands free phone control.

Seems like a good solid unit. We had a touchscreen headunit that started to go out, so this was a good , more analog option. It sounded really good with our stereo

I am so enjoying my new jvc receiver. I can hear the difference from my old receiver. I love the variety of options to listen to my favorite tunes.

We gave this a 4 out of 5 stars because we still have to install it into our truck and yet to see how it works and hear it. Our neighbor had it in one of their older trucks, and from what we head then it had good sound quality. But there was fast shipping and transaction. Love how you can change illumination (colors) to your preference, not like having an odd color because the stereo is different than the dashboard. You can add mulitple auxilary devices. This radio is still the old style with buttons not touch screen like most current bluetooth stereos.

Great sound system with all the features i could want. Bluetooth is great, audio quality is great and many of the features being easy to understand and use.

The car stereo is a refreshing change from the 20 year old factory model. Sound is good, station reception an improvement. A couple of irritants reduce my fervor fir it. First the front speakers no longer work. Whether this is an installation problem or a "feature" of the purchased unit, I haven’t figured out yet. Either way, I'm not happy as I wouldn’t have purchased it if this was an inherent feature. I had store assistance in selecting the stereo. If poor installation, I hate paying for poor service and taking the extra time and effort to correct the problem. Finally, the sound has too much base and I haven’t yet figured out how to adjust the tone. The manual is on line only and something of a pain to deal with.

Love this CD player! Compared to the one I had installed at another source, this far exceeds that one. Easier to operate, visual has a better layout and much easier to find the appropriate buttons when you're driving. The only hiccup was the space above the inserted player that allowed me to push in a CD in the wrong spot. It is forever gone! Won't make that mistake again!

Had it installed at Best Buy by tech, great sound, nice functions, I’m very happy with price and quality of unit. I enjoy playing music in my car now, it’s amazing.

This radio was not our first choice, but we couldn't be happier. We've been able to add additional speakers and the sound is phenomenal. It was easy to install and looks great. Would definitely recommend this model.

The sound is awesome, so much better than the stero ot replaced. Functions are all easy to understand and program. Bluetooth and phone work awesome. Priced very reasonable.

Sounds excellent. Presets are nice, BT works flawlessly, hands free phone has good reception on both ends (samsung galaxy S1). I got this for my old work truck, and its a great inexspensive upgrade. Very versatile with lots of different settings to tweak the sound the way you like it.

I had Best Buy install this to replace an aftermarket Pioneer unit. I like JVC overall. Better sound, a lot of different settings that are easy to navigate, and definitely worth it!

The display and lighting is too dim to be seen during most daylight hours. Even the glare was brighter than the actual lighting. While most dial markings are visible and a majority of the unit's features remain functional, making a call purely through the stereo is almost next to useless in the daylight due to how dim the displayed names are. Buttons seem a bit soggy and to me there's a small delay when pressing any button. The unit itself works as advertised and it has a lot of versatility with aux input, cd player, etc. but the dim display makes this unit an unrealistic option for most people.
