“Has anyone had issues with their backup camera after installing? My camera is brand new and was replaced by the dealer on my 2019. It was crystal clear on my previous receiver but produces a terrible image and has lines in it with the DMX1037S. Any ideas?”

The radio has the basic yellow video cable when it comes to getting an image from the back up camera. If your backup camera is factory was there an adapter used? Was the video cable spliced or replaced? The video cable has everything to do with how the images is displayed. If anything a backup camera direct to the radio can be done to see if the issue is the radio or the wiring to your current backup camera setup.
