Mine's being installed on the 6th in a 2000 Trans Am. I had to buy a trim kit from Amazon and it fits 1993 thru 2002. So I guess it depends on how similar are Corvette and Trans Am. This is the 2nd one of these we've bought. The installer at our Best Buy in Casper, Wy is the best (no pun intended) and helped in the purchasing of all the components needed. The other vehicle is a 2008 F150
