“How do you get phone calls and GPS sound to come through all speakers? Whether I use Bluetooth or cable for Android auto, the sound for phone calls and GPS only come through tweeters and its not loud enough while driving.”

I would make an appointment to have best buy take a look at the wiring. It sounds like something must be wired incorrectly or you have a loose connection somewhere
