- Answer Not with Bluetooth but you can use the mirroring feature, just connect your phone to the USB plug that is connected to the radio. I have watched TV programs on the Pluto app, played a movie I have on my phone and used the Waze app for navigation.

- Answer The USB connection will charge your phone. And the USB is located on the back which typically is routed to the glove box or mounted in the middle console.

QuestionI have a 2007 GMC Sierra classic with steering wheel controls and Bose speakers. Will I have to pay extra to have these hooked up? If so, why do you advertise free installation?

- Answer You are correct, the free installation just waves the $100.00 install fee it will still cost you about $230 to purchase the frame, antanea cable and the wire harness for GMC (about $185). I have a 2008 GMC Sierra classic and it ran me that much. I have steering wheel controls and they all work with the wire harness you have to purchase. Be aware though I did not read the box and was told by the salesperson that this radio has Sirus XM on it, it does not, it is just Serius ready, you will still have to purchase the satalite adapter for $58 and get it installed. (its just a plug and play so I would do it yourself and not pay for the install. But overall I am very happy with the radio in the truck.

- Answer The radio only allows a back up camera to be connected. If wanting a front camera option as well I would recommend contacting Kenwood to see which models offer both.

- Answer Yes it will. Use the mirroring feature, connect your phone to the usb plug and you can mirror whatever is on your phone. If you have it on your phone you will see it on the radios screen.

QuestionFor a 2010 Honda Element with no current USB port. It appears that the USB port comes off the back. So how do I plug my iPhone into this? Do I need to run a USB extension cable off the back of this unit and surface it, or just plug into a dangling cable?

- Answer There are several ways to install, via extender cable to the glove box or other areas of the vehicle, to an existing port, and sometimes by removing an existing cigarette lighter port and replacing with a flush mount adapter. This is customer preference and vehicle specific. Please contact your local Best Buy installation for further assistance.

QuestionEvery time I set the year and date in the system and then the clock somehow the clock changes to a different time, and even switches from PM to AM for example. is it a known glitch?

- Answer go to settings, and find adjust clock. read down to deactivate RDS CT (radio setup on page 20). turn this feature off. This should keep your clock accurate

- Answer When you plug in your phone the apple carplay button will turn green. Remember it has to be plugged in through USB, this unit doesn't have wireless apple carplay
