I just had this unit installed on my 2014 Camaro by a local Stereo Shop. They used Maestro RR and I am able to use all my steering wheel buttons plus it shows gauges from the car such as rpms, tire pressure, fuel level, car warning lights and many more customizable gauges. It works great

I haven't been able to use anything, yet, because it hasn't been installed. I had an appointment but it was cancelled due to the pandemic. However, I was told by the Best Buy Geek Squad installer that there was not an acceptable interface for this head unit. The installer is the best there is, and I believe him. So, no, steering wheel controls probably can't be connected.

I can use my steering wheel options with the adapter purchase. The volume and mode buttons work. As well as able to accept and disconnect calls.
