You need to get connect your smartphone (either Android or iPhone) thru wire to USB. Then you will be able to see the pic.

Please try again later.Apple car play and the Android version should launch automatically when plugged in and paired....everything the phone displays should be mirrored and the head unit screen. Car play is not an app it's built in to apples IOS. If the unit was just installed I would bring it back to the installation department. It could be a bad phone cord...bad USB...or worse case a bad head unit. We ran everything threw it's paces before we left the parking lot...ran perfectly
