“Bought this Kenwood for husband at Bestbuy's -Had it installed by best buy. They could not get it to connect wirelessly-they installed a new one. The new one does not connect either. He has a Samsung Galaxy note 8. Any ideas? Help?”

• After talking to Kenwood. You have to have a device that runs s on android 7 or earlier. Which is years old for this being a 2019 device.

• you have to do a firmware update.you can get it at kenwoods website under support and be sure you have the gps ant plugged up as well
