QuestionBought this Kenwood for husband at Bestbuy's -Had it installed by best buy. They could not get it to connect wirelessly-they installed a new one. The new one does not connect either. He has a Samsung Galaxy note 8. Any ideas? Help?

- Answer After talking to Kenwood. You have to have a device that runs s on android 7 or earlier. Which is years old for this being a 2019 device.

- Answer If you can get your phone to run android version 9 you'll see a wireless projection option in the android auto application on your phone. You don't need to own the radio to check this out.

- Answer You’ll need to get a wire set to make camera work and a separate set of wires set to make any button on the steering wheel to work.

- Answer Yes they will install it in your car for FREE. You might have to buy the kit so it’s not 100% free, but if you install it yourself you have to buy the kit anyway. To make it fit in your car

- Answer If you’re talking about the Kenwood DMX9706S, yes it will connect to CarPlay wirelessly. You can used the wired connection if you like as well. I got mine brand new on eBay for $380 no tax, on 12/04/19 and there are more on there. I’m assuming somebody got on a Black Friday deal or something
