• Yes u can it’s a PAC depending on the model of your car check with them

• Yes, but you need to pay for steering wheel control installation, Bestbuy free installation only covers receiver.

• Yes you can purchase a universal steering wheel control from. BestBuy. Ask for a (Maestro SW) universal steering wheel control.
