“I have just installed this reciever, have usb out. Plug in Samsung galaxy s10 note and android audio comes up but will not connect? Why? How do I get it to fully connect to utilize all features of the android audio? That was the point of me getting it”

When trying to get Android Auto make sure you use the original date cable that comes with your phone. A regular charging cable will not work. If the cable you are using only charges your phone then its not the correct data cable. To help you troubleshoot please contact Kenwood drectly.
