“This AMP came in a package deal with 2 12" 1000W Kenwood Subs at 250w RMS Power each. The AMP says 300w x1. Can this amp handle both Subs?”

• Looking at the specifications, this is showing a 1 subwoofer connection setup there is no options on a bridging connection with this amp.

• You need to wire your subs down to 2 ohm load at the amplifier and it will hit 500 RMS and work great that is if your 2 subs can wire down to 2 ohms , hard to say without your sub specs (svc or dvc, and what ohm)
