No, the Kenwood DMX4710S receiver will not control your A/C seats or auto-tilt mirrors on a Chrysler 300, at least not directly, because those features are tied into the vehicles infotainment system and embedded within the system's CAN bus. You can retain SOME of the factory features when installing an aftermarket receiver, but you need additional parts (sold separately).
