Excellent item. Looks really nice in my 2005 Corvette Convertible. Very easy to navigate and sound quality with the Factory BOSE System is Awesome.Highly Recommend plus you can add extra items like cameras and more to this item.The Best Buy installer at the Tyrone store was very helpful and did an Amazing job....

This nice of screen for the price is awesome. I had a Pioneer before this, and I will say that I like Pioneer's UX/UI a lot better. However, I was sold on this unit having a higher resolution screen for the same price as other units. One thing I REALLY wish it had was the ability to change the color of the buttons on the left side. My previous Pioneer unit let you change the button colors, and this allowed you to make the unit look even more built-in/stock. All-in-all, I'm really liking this in my 2004 4Runner.

Very little has reached perfection, but the product is exactly what I expected and is performing the task for which it was purchased. Installation so far has proven competent.

Unit is overall a good buy. I would actually give it a 4.5. Sound quality is great, the programming functionality is simple, and use is intuitive. The only issue I have is that with the top down and in direct sunlight screen is hard to see clearly.

I like the display look. Touchscreen makes for easy use. Connects well with all products including bluetooth. Easy to use. If anything, wish the volume adjuster was a knob so i could turn up and down quickly.

So many things are poor on this unit. 1. When connected to car play you lose control of channel controls 2. The volume changing will go up are down at random intervals. 3. The guides on the back up camera absolutely suck as sometimes the lines curve and sometimes they do The good things are that there are several function to play with and the sound is pretty good

I purchased an older car with a older Kenwood unit already in it (DVD player no Android) and was hoping I could just unplug the old one and plug this one in but it wasn't the case. Not a big issue tho, hooked up the new harness and everything is working. The old one already had steering wheel control module hooked up so I was able to reuse it and they work fine. It was an open box purchase and it came with everything like it was new and the screen looked new as well. Android auto works with no problem and i also like the screen share if I want to watch yt on the screen while parked i can. Saved a bunch if money going open box, would buy again.

I am only speaking as an iPhone user, that this Kenwood was adverised to feature both Mirroring and Apple Car Play, which Mirroring doesn't and Car Play to a limited amount. --- Go to iPhone Apps and read the reviews on Kenwood Mirroring and you will see that people have been attempting for years to pair their phones and car stereos together, even by usb cable and it doesnt work, and meanwhile reviews show that Kenwood does nothing, apparently, to fix and make good on it. --- I am really disappointed also that this stereo unit doesn't allow for Apple Car Play to link all of the Apple apps to be linked to it, such as Alexa and Audiobook - two huge apps that I would use constantly while driving. What apps it does allow are pretty limited.--- Also, at night, the display is horribly bright and doesn't seem to have a well designed night mode or way to turn the screen of. For that matter, you can never turn this thing off! It would be nice if it had a power switch. --- I truly wish I could go back for a different brand but it cost me $500 in a wiring harness and dash adapter in order to have this "free installation" done by Best Buy.

I look long and hard for the perfect head unit for my vehicle since it was an older RAV4 I wanted to have as much function and options as possible for a good price. This unit gives me the flexibility to use multiple maps as well as click it for my sound and channels that I like I would buy it all over again.

Absolutely love the functions and ease of use. The sound is incredible over stock- constantly get compliments over call quality, i couldnt be happier with this unit.

Great aftermarket head unit with lots of audio adjustments and some pretty slick phone features. only current issue is the head unit doesn't like the "hey siri" car play feature, sometimes the screen will go blank and i have to restart the head unit. I am unsure if that is a Kenwood problem or just me specific head unit.

Excellent upgrade from my stock stereo and a quality install by the BB Technician. It sounds great and has me wanting new speakers next.

I purchased a stereo and specifically chose one that included steering wheel controls. When I added it to my cart, it automatically added what I thought was everything needed for the installation. The installer didn’t inform me that I needed additional parts until the installation was completed. Then, he told me that I would have to buy that part and pay for installation but I would have to do it another time since it was the end of the day. He should have told me before so I could buy the part and have it all installed at the same time. Now I’ll have to pay for installation and waste my time for a second installation. The installer also told me he had trouble installing the backup cam. Now, when I back up and it’s a little dark, I can barely see anything and the view is limited. That’s not great customer service. The radio works well though.

I’d say it’s up to par for the cost. Functions well have not had any hiccups with it yet. Only complaint is the steering wheel control setup. It’s a bit confusing and instructions are a bit vague. My previous head unit I used a maestro sw and worked well. This radio I cannot use it still have to spend additional money again just to retain swc. I really like all the adjustments you can make when it comes to the audio. Has far more than I would have imagined. It does well hooked up to my aftermarket door speakers and subwoofer.

I like the radio and layout. It’s very easy to use and appealing. However it has some bugs, like it will cut to black for CarPlay when trying to use Siri and the only way to get CarPlay to work again is by restarting the vehicle. Otherwise mostly enjoying the radio.

Everything works well except radio is slow at coming on when cranking the car and the volume wanes down when backing up and blared unexpectedly.

Radio and camera work great. We had an issue with the wiring which was common as we just found out but all in all I am happy with the unit.

I like the unit all but the volume doesn’t adjust by holding The up or down arrow. you have to keep tapping it.

So far it's nice works well easy to use would be another if needed
