“Is a 3200 watt amp to strong to play two of these? Had a pair of speakers 800 watts and it blew them. I need a pair of speakers that can handle my amp. It’s a 3200 watt hi phonics Zeus. It also blew a pair of L7’s and a pair of hi phonics. Plz help.”

Your clearly clipping your subs and smoking them. You need to get your amp gain set properly it’s not a volume knob. These subs are not enough for hat amp but you shouldn’t of blown L7 they are quality subs that can handle 800 watts rms for 100 hours straight that’s how they test them at kicker. In reality they can handle more in real world application on music. And with box rise your amp definitely shouldn’t of blown them. Watch some YouTube videos buy a cheap o scope learn to set your gains properly bass boost off always!
