I gotta look up those subs. It will def work n def take it only if everything is the same. N u really need a nice tuner not by ear. Just stole this amp for $150 a week old. He had it on a 13w7 just one amp n said he thought he was going to blow it. But didn’t But I got old flame qs, but there 1200/2400 watt subs. It probably will blow the 2 if I cranked it at 1 ohm. I have 4 flame qs on it at 2 ohm cranking. Not at max. I need more electrical. 4 12s at 4800 rms is what it’s on now n it’s bumping. 3 12s would probably be perfect. But get as many as u want bro. After getting it. I say any decent 12 you’d be fine with there 800.1 at 1 ohm maybe 1200.1 if u want that extra comfortable clean power more than enough. This cxa1800.1 is stupid. You need 0 gauge extra battery big 3 n really another alternator if u add anything else. But it has so much power n is big for a new amp so u know it cranks. N the Q’s are $450 a piece used now so they work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah it will work but it defeats the purpose of having dual voice coils and it wont be bridged. You will be getting the least out of your amp n subs if u hook vc to seperate channels. And type x subs are not 1500 rms! Alpine recommends 900-1000 rms ces rating. they are power hungry subs at 83 db sensitivity. I have my vc on each type x ran parallel to seperate alpine monoblock amps at 2 ohm load. Each sub with its own amp and extra battery ran parellel to the one up front. 0g wire from battery to dist block in back where it splits into two 2g wires for amps. This would be the proper way!
