Is this sufficient enough for L7S 12? null

Yes. It’s the perfect amount for 1 kicker l7s12

I'm not a professional, but I would say that the amp would pound that speaker. I had to turn down my output and bass settings on my stereo for my speakers. It was pounding too much. I believe the amp puts out more power than what to box says.
