• It will work fine with the stock speakers, however your speakers will not sound anywhere near as good as the low end coming from the Kicker HS-8. Upgraded speakers and head unit are usually recommended for Optimal Performance.

• It should. It can be wired in on one of the speaker channels if necessary. It has an external controller for fine tuning.
