“My brand new dishwasher, less than a week, isn't drying out at all! It has a drying element, but there is water on all 4 sides, and dishes. Using Jet Dry, Extended drying option, etc. This is very concerning, because water breeds bacteria. HELP!!??”

My brand new 1 wk old Model:KDTE334GPS doesn't dry well either. My old Bosch did condensation drying and it was always dry. This Pro Dry doesn't work well at all. Plus door won't latch and makes thumping sound.

However, I use the following options all of the time: 1) ProWash 2) Extended ProDry, Hi-Temp Wash, Sani Rinse, and if I'm using the bottle washer, I'll also add that option as well. Again, I rarely have a drying problem......perhaps once in a very rare washing if the item is plastic and even then, it usually is completely dry. Try all of these options and if you still have a drying problem, then something is wrong w/the dishwasher which is under warranty and you should then make a warranty claim for repair.
